We DO NOT provide removal of SNS, dip gel, etc. Groups are required to check in 10 minutes prior to service start times. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service with the full service price still being applicable. We recommend booking appointments on non-travel days as Mylkbar is not responsible for travel delays. Full service fee applies to all appointments regardless of cancellation reason or travel delays. No refunds given in lieu of repairs, this includes out of town guests. Nail art must be booked in advance. Services applicable to cancellation fees if changed the day of or cancelled within a 5 day window for groups of 3+. 20% gratuity required for groups of 3+. We do not split payments for groups; you may pay as a group or each individual may pay separately.
It is your responsibility to ensure group members follow the full policies listed on the FAQ page of our website and on this form.
